i hit my daily goal for the first time this month today! granted, i should have been doing that for all the days. i'm honestly shocked i wrote this much. the power of having a pairing of characters that's just that special to you, i guess! their romance drives me crazy, and i'm aromantic and usually don't have much patience for romance plots, so that's saying something. favorite section: “You're the one who can feel pain.” Cape grabbed Liam's arm, staring at him. “You're the one who could actually die from this.” “Cape, it's at worst a concussion. You don't die from concussions.” “You very much can. I can list the complications that concussions can cause-” “Please don't. I won't die of this concussion. I'll put ice on it in a second.” “Put ice on it now.” Liam knelt on the floor, his face betraying a slight scowl. Cape's, somehow, also looked mildly annoyed. That was rare. That was progress, actually! Cape was exercising free will here. Good for them. Liam had to hand them that. They were doing what he'd just been trying to explain to them. “You're leaking coolant all over. I don't want you to overheat.” He said, trying one last thing. “I won't.” said Cape, with the confidence of someone who'd done the math already. “I've done the math already.”

Congrats, Spidey! I'm still so intimidated by dialogue and scene. I love that you hit your daily writing goal and are enthusiastic about what you've written. Bravo!
