Hey everybody! I'm Kiya from middle-of-nowhere, Indiana. This is my second attempted "NaNoWriMo" (now known as NovNov), and hopefully my first completed one. I'm a hobby & fanfic writer, but I'm a long-time aspiring professional. Hopefully, this will be my first professionally published work. The piece I'm working on this month, currently titled "the small creature of loving you.", is not my biggest "masterpiece" work that I've had in my heart for years. I wanted to take the pressure away in an attempt to inspire an easier writing process. After all, your first work doesn't need to be your best! TSCLY is a novel-to-be about a friendship broken suddenly by a death & the grief that follows; something I'm intimently familiar with. However, don't let that fool you. This is very much planned to be a comedy! An absurdist, bittersweet comedy. I'm excited to share, and excited to write alongside everyone! Happy November, and may your drafts come easy!
