Hi everyone, My name is Prabhat Dhakal and I have completed my master's level education and currently exploring PhD opportunities across the globe. My research interests are lactic acid bacteria, probiotics, gut microbiota, and the gut-brain axis to solve the neurodegenerative disease. Before joining the master's degree, I was very much curious to learn more about gut health and whether there is any link between its functioning to the brain? This leads to exploring more about the probiotics, and I wish I could explore the psychobiotic potential of indigenous fermented foods here in Nepal.
