So, my goal is a bit different from most of yours, while I totally could write a novel, I want to actually do a comic. But I desperately need to do the plot. So I am doing this as some sort of desperate attempt to write words. I am aiming for the 50,000 word goal, but we will see what happens. I just want to put words on the page. *Cries in unsure of where to start.* So if you have any tips on how to do an outline. Please help.

Ooo interesting. I remember seeing some other people doing this in the old forums. I think they had some sort of conversion of panels-to-words, but I can't remember what they used, and I guess it's maybe different depending on the art style. As for where to start on outlining —I really like Brandon Sanderson's writing letures on youtube. He presents things from a fantasy/scifi angle, but I think most of what he says is pretty generally applicable.

Thanks for the suggestion. I really just need a place to start. So many ideas, and not a clue on how to organize them all.
