Hello all! I was sad to see that nanowrimo had officially come to an end because it's so satisfying to have that kick in the butt to write for the whole month, but here we are! I'm excited to try and wake up before my three kids and write some stuff.

Welcome! Glad to meet another morning writer ๐Ÿ˜œ. Sometimes I try and tell myself I'll writer after work, but I end up being so brainfried that I just can't make myself do it. Also, I can't drink coffee in the evenings, which severly limits my capability.

Oh yes, coffee is a must for creativity! I also adhere strongly to Ursula Le Guin's belief that dreaming is an important part of writing, so when could be better to do it than just after dreaming!?

My second attempt at NaNo was based on one weird dream. There was a spaceship had a portal to a parallel world, and the characters were hoping from side to side while the spaceship was on fire in both places. By the time it was novelised (or half novelised, I never finished) it was unrecognisable from the original dream, but that was the seed.
