Hey friends, I was writting an adventure novel. Started 3 days ago. Only 1800 words are done. Do you guys have any suggestions how can I write more?

600 words a day is a lot. I started writing almost two years ago and wrote 151.000 total, but 80.000 in the last 65 days. What is do is:I need to finish a chapter before I can stop writing, but if I want to stop writing I can take a five minute break. After the five minute break I can write as long as I want. One minute or an hour. It doesn't matter but if I don't finish the chapter I can't do something longer than five minutes. Also I use a spreatsheat with how long I write and how much I write. I write down my total ever words, my writing streak that is at 65 and some other things. I think both these things help a lot if you want to write more.
